Released in October 2010, the 'Hedonism' album has quickly become one of the best selling folk releases of modern times. After a packed summer of 23 UK festival appearances that concluded with a performance at BBC Radio 2's Hyde Park concert, the band will embark on their second sell-out UK tour in support of the album in November prior to a European tour in early 2012.
A new in concert DVD entitled 'Hedonism Live' will be released at the conclusion of the November tour. Recorded in Bournemouth at the O2 Academy in May 2011, the two hour set contains 23 songs drawn from all three albums released by Bellowhead to date.

Bellowhead are eleven talented individuals, uniquely mixing music from around the globe; from big band to soul, jazz and funk to classical strings, a dash of Music Hall and yet retaining, at their core, a passion for English traditional music. Winners of the 'Best Live Band' at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards an astonishing five times, and more recently a 'Best Group' accolade in the Songlines Music Awards (collecting their gong at the end of a WOMAD headlining slot in front of 30,000 fans), Bellowhead are a blistering tour de force wherever they play. Artists in Residence at the London Southbank Centre. Bellowhead have made return appearances on BBC TV's 'Later with Jools' and at the invitation of the producers, also recorded a brand new version of The Archers' famous theme tune for Radio 4.
