Description
Following on from the highly acclaimed Carlton TV network transmission of 'The Big Gig - Show of Hands live at the Royal Albert Hall', the Show of Hands concert tour at the end of 1996 was the most successful for the duo to date.
All of the concerts were recorded, and in response to countless requests from fans we have put together this CD of the best versions of the new, the rearranged, and the previously unreleased songs which featured on the tour. The CD contains over an hour of live music from the band who were nominated as both 'Best Group' and 'Best Live Act' at the BBC Folk Awards.
