Formed in 2008, Attention Thieves are a four piece Rock band from Reading, UK, immediately their energetic live shows and infectious songs captivated audiences and began to stir things up in the music scene.They released EP ''Look A Little Closer'' in 2012, receiving great reviews from major magazines and support/airplay from major radio stations and TV channels. In a short period of time the band have built up a great deal of press and exposure, they received support from BBC Radio 1s Daniel P Carter, Radio 1s Jen and Ally after their performance on the BBC introducing stage at Reading/Leeds Festivals and Alex recently featured as a guest artist on the Radio 1 review show with Edith Bowman. XFMs Ian Camfield has given the Thieves great support throughout three campaigns and invited the guys in to do an XFM 4 track live session which was aired on his show. Kerrang! Radio have been big fans of the band with support from several DJs and recently Katie P invited the band in for an interview on her show. Kerrang! and Scuzz TV have added three Attention Thieves videos to their main playlists to date and the video for Youll Be The First One in just over a month received almost 150 plays from Kerrang! TV.
