  • Description

'P.D.Q. Bach: The Jekyll and Hyde Tour' features the humourist, composer, musician and author Peter Schickele as well as vocalists Michèle Eaton and David Düsing performing such classic P.D.Q. repertoire as the recently-discovered Four Next-to-Last Songs for tenor profundo and piano, and the amusing String Quartet in F major, "The Moose". The programme also features songs and rounds by Schickele, including rock and roll settings of famous Shakespeare speeches (as heard on Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion).

Personnel: Peter Schickele (enabler), Michael Eaton (off-colorata soprano), David Dusing (tenor profundo), the Armadillo Quartet
