Soul Brother first reissued this album in 1999, and nearly two decades later it's back in demand again. Lou was a Detroit artist who established himself in the 60s where he first worked as a writer and producer with Barbara Lewis. In the 70s he was signed as an artist to legendary producer Jerry Ragovoy's Rags label through Epic. Hereafter he was briefly a member of The Fifth Dimension. Soul Brother's new CD issue of "I'm In need Of Love" comes complete with two bonus cuts.
