'The Adorables' by Zeena Parkins - electric harpist with Björk, and an important figure on the New York downtown scene - mixes lush acoustic orchestration with live electronics, beats, and unusual instruments. Visceral, unearlthly it combines exquisitely rich sounds with drones, crafted sound processing, feedback and the guts of harp strings.
