A stunning fourth studio album from the Grammy-nominated Atlanta singer-songwriter - a personal favourite of President Obama and Michelle Obama. For the second album running he duets with Atlanta female vocalist Algebra, and also excels on a beautiful lovers rock track "Livin' It Up" with features from Sonni King and "Gramps" Morgan of Morgan Heritage
Nominated for a Grammy in 2009 for his single "Words" (with India Arie), Anthony hit No 1 on the US Adult Urban Top 20 with "4Evermore", a duet with Algebra, who again features alongside him on "Official" from this new album. Often described as the heir apparent to his early influence Bill Withers, Anthony specialises in the kind of masculine soul that men can identify with and that ladies feel equally comfortable with.
Working again on three tracks with Nashville producer Shannon Sanders (India Arie, John Legend, Eric Benet), Anthony offers up a retro pop-soul vibe on "So Jaded". Accompanying him on the title track are members of All Walks of Life, a performing arts youth organisation from Anthony's home town of Savannah, Georgia. -
