Her debut solo album "Standing Tall" is very impressive, showing off her amazing voice to great effect. As well as being an Incognito vocalist â€“ and touring the world with them many times - Imaani has also guested with Reel People and Down To The Bone. She also sang on the Top 20 hit "Freak Like Me" by garage band Tru Faith & Dub Conspiracy. Back in 1998 she had the kudos of coming second as the UK entry in the Eurovision Song Contest with "Where Are You", which charted at 15. Her debut solo album, produced and co-written by Kevin Leo, celebrates all the styles of music that she loves and combines them with strong hooks and soulful melodies. Among the stand-out ballad performances are "Let's Do It Right" and "Sorry I Am", the latter written by Elisabeth Troy.
