Songs Our Dads Wrote is a tribute from 2 sons to their very FAMOUS dads. Wil and Langdon Reid and the sons of Harold and Don Reid, respectfully, of the Statler Brothers fame. The latest project, Songs Our Dads Wrote is a genuinely inspired music collection that Wil and Langdon have wanted to do for a long time. The guys picked nine songs that their dads, Harold and Don Reid of the Statler Brothers, co-wrote over their 40 year career to record. The recording is a ‘front porch’ approach to some great songs. These are the songs that inspired Wil and Langdon to do what they do. They learned to sing harmony from these songs. They learned how to write songs from these songs. They learned how to play guitar listening to these songs. -
