The 16 tunes (79 minutes) on this CD are being released here for the first time. Two of the numbers were recorded in Copenhagen, 14 in Sweden. The music was recorded during three live concerts, two in 1952 and the third in 1955. This CD of entirely previously unreleased material is a must for all fans of swing jazz, and Louis Armstrong fans in particular. As one can hear on this CD Armstrong is at his best and the Scandinavian fans here – like fans all over the world - were wild about his music.
