Expanded edition of fifth album by The Jones Girls following Philadelphia International Records and RCA ion the 70's and 80's. From Detroit, The Jones Girls first sang as background vocalsists for Diana Ross before landing a deal with Gamble & Huffs iconic PIR label and scoring hits with You Gonna Make Me Love Somebody Else and Nights Over Egypt. A sensational live concert at Londons Dominion Theatre in 1992 lead to the sisters engaging with musicians and producers on the exploding British r&b music scene including Jazzie B (Soul II Soul), Errol Henry, Steve Carmichael (The Affair) and Funhill. Released when vinyl was still the significant format, few realized there were bonus tracks on a CD, these combined with remixes previously on 12 only plus a re-edit of the title track making for a long overdue reissue of one of the most underrated soul albums of the 90's. -
