Description

The Limited Autographed Edition is now sold out and standard un-signed CD's will be supplied.

2016 will see John McCusker celebrate 25 years as a professional musician & 'Hello, Goodbye' is his first solo album in 12 years, using excellent handpicked, traditional & non-traditional musicians. John has always been a musician striving to keep his music fresh and exciting, never leaving the past behind but always embracing and saying hello to new musical adventures - 'Hello, Goodbye'. This record of John's compositions was written while on a world tour with Mark Knopfler last year & recorded in his brand new studio, a bothy built in 1779 but recently turned into a state of the art recording studio, in the heart of the Scottish Borders.

John has long been renowned for his skill at transcending musical boundaries.
As a live and studio guest he has shared stages with Paul Weller, Paolo Nutini, Teenage Fanclub, Graham Coxon & Eddi Reader. John has been a member of Mark Knopfler's band since 2008, playing arenas around the world including a double bill with Bob Dylan at The Hollywood Bowl & 20 nights at The Royal Albert Hall. John's expanding portfolio as a producer includes debut albums by Kris Drever and Idlewild's Roddy Woomble. He's also manned the controls for top folk chanteuses Eddi Reader, Heidi Talbot, Eliza Carthy & Linda Thompson.

2016 will see John & his band embark on an extensive UK & European tour.
