"What Is The Soul Of Man" is a traditional gospel classic which was reworked in 1938 by Sister Rosetta Tharpe, causing a stir at the time. Three months ago the prestigious car maker Alfa Romeo licensed this track from Document Records for use in a major UK TV and Cinema advertisement. The track was remixed adding drums and bass creating a soul, dance anthem. Document commissioned dance master Cherry Sheriff for a 3minute remix following the Alfa Romeo style and demand has soared from DJs and the public alike.
Cherry Sheriff is an exclusive artist to Crunch Records, a division of Document, and is already making his name in the dance clubs in the North West of England.
