Keeping the emphasis firmly on the Gaelic culture, Daimh play a very high energy, fast flowing mixture of tunes and songs from the tradition of their countries represented. The charging pipe and fiddle led assault that has seen Daimh rocking far and wide (and nominated for 'Best Group' at the Scots Trad Awards) now includes the amazing 'Gaelic Singer of The year' nominee of 2006 - Calum Alex MacMillan from Lewis.
The other members are Angus MacKenzie (Highland pipes & Border pipes); Colm O' Rua (banjo & mandola); Gabe McVarish (fiddle); Ross Martin (guitar); Fr. James Bremner (bodhran). This album is another huge step forward for the band and surely their best to date.
