The stage is where Vdelli feels at home. More than 150 concerts per year are played by the group, which was founded in 1997. If they are not on tour, the guitarist and vocalist Michael Vdelli, the precise and simultaneous experimental active drummer Ric Whittle plus the current bassist and singer Kenji Kitahara are playing every weekend in their hometown Perth. This permanent commitment underpins Vdellis reputation as the best live act of the Australian West. The intensity of their power, including the typical performance for her dedication and group dynamics was captured in the studio perfectly by Kevin Shirley (Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith) on the album "Ain`t Bringing Me Down�. Reason enough for the Rocks magazine to vote the CD as one of the best rock albums of 2009! The ninth album was recorded in self-direction at the "House of Music" in Stuttgart/Germany. There, they created once again a "perfect symbiosis of power and finesse" (Rocks).
