Recorded in the National Trust's Sutton House in Hackney and an empty Devonshire house this is fresh thinking traditional music with a deeply rooted country imprint. In association also with the EFDSS (English Folk Dance and Song Society), Seven Sisters is a body of work that is built around using traditional instruments and tunes in contemporary ways.
