Secure Payment Gateway Services Provider
Our Secure Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland and one of the most trusted payment brands across Europe. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards. Propermusic.com does not store any customer payment card information or data within our own systems, this is handled entirely by Sage Pay using their authenticate and authorise system.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address URL, or subject to your specific browser when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL or when the web address bar turns green.
So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected by one of the biggest and most trusted providers in the UK.
The Propermusic.com website is secured and verified by Comodo, a leading global Certification Authority. Comodo's SSL and code signing digital certificates are used globally to secure servers, provide data encryption, authenticate users, protect privacy and assure online identities through stringent authentication and verification processes. Propermusic.com is secured by an Extended Validation SSL Certificate (EV SSL), offering our users total security and peace of mind.
This extra level of security works by clearly displaying our verified company name and the identity of the trusted issuing authority. You will also notice that every page of the Propermusic.com website is secured by the EV SSL https protocol and the URL address bar displays a green padlock across the entire website. This 'green bar of trust' informs our customers that they are safe on our site - and they can enter their personal information and credit card details without worrying about security. This extra level of security has replaced the "old" padlock symbol used on most older browsers.
Although you may not know it, EV SSL also offers the best level of protection against phishing attacks. This, coupled with encryption of up to the maximum 256 bit, means you couldn't be safer when shopping online with us.

Prices & Payment:
All prices include VAT at the applicable UK rate where appropriate and will be zero rated for all International and Non EU orders. This means that the total price you pay for products or our delivery service is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale. Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product(s) and any additional delivery charge will usually include UK VAT, which will be shown on your VAT receipts issued to you by Propermusic.com. Where you're not a UK resident and you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the product(s) ordered and any additional delivery charge will remain the same and as shown on the website.
Import duty is a tax that the importer has to pay to bring foreign goods into his or her country. Import duty is also known as customs duty, tariff, or import tariff. Any customs tariff, import duty or local taxes due within your specific delivery territory will be payable by the customer.

Our pre-order price promise applies to UK products only ordered in advance of their confirmed release date. If the price of an item is reduced before your goods are released or despatched then you will pay the new lower price (Excludes any price reductions as the result of an error that has been corrected before despatch). Release dates are subject to change and our pre-order price promise will still apply if the release date of a product is altered.

If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regard to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible.
