Mozart: The Magic Flute
Description
This version, excellently recorded by the MET technicians, has been published several times in very bad sound conditions. However, in recent times we have come into possession of a finally unaltered master that reproduces the original 1956 band: therefore, even being MONO, it is of excellent quality and perfectly reproduces both the orchestra conducted by Walter and the presence of the singers' voices. Urania issues a new version minimally restored with the certainty of contributing to an increase in a discography that is still fundamental today.
