Description
British songwriter/singer/guitarist Vince Neads' debut album Slow Road takes us on a cross-pollination tour of country, blues, rock 'n' roll and mainstream rockers.
Neads has assembled a fine stable of session musician friends who have contributed their various talents and hand-crafted his long-awaited offering.
A mighty guitarist for many years in London, this is the culmination of much hard work and composition.
The Slow Road bed tracks were recorded in Wolverhampton, England by Sheena Sear at Magnum's Madhat studio and then finished by Neads at his own Loud Room Studio in Shropshire.
Neads wrote all the tracks, plays guitar, sings and plays keys on the lead song Boogie with V. On bass is Christian Nokes, additional keys by Tim Moore, Paul Gooderham on harmonica, Gwyn Ashton on resonator, electric and lap steel guitars, Paul Burgess on violin and Chris Jamieson and Neil Ablard on drums. -
