There are 5 original pieces, all dedicated to past and/or current jazz masters - (Pat Martino, Joey DeFrancesco, Shirley Scott, Stanley Turrentine) and arrangements that have been tried and tested during their lengthy tours, for which the group has become associated with.
It's in this tight format that the three musicians really thrive. The three way conversation is constantly undulating and these masters of their respective instruments find all the space they need to deliver the blues soaked, soulful and ever swinging message.
