The success of the Orchestra has now spanned generations, and they are not far from a golden jubilee. The Orchestra's first ever rehearsal was in 1969, then it turned professional in the mid-1970s. The fact that it is still performing regularly all over the world, nearly 50 years after that first rehearsal, is due to two facts: The first is the quality of the music itself, and the second, the standard of musicianship within the band. The Orchestra has never compromised with these two principles, a fact that will ring clear and true from this selection of tracks, which fans will undoubtedly enjoy listening to.
